Racism, prejudice and Implicit bias

Although our website is about meditation & emotional healing, we would like to shed light on this topic as it is extremely important to address. We will leave a link to the video we are referencing. I definitely recommend watching it in your free time because it is interactive and more effective. The video talks about the difference between racism and racial prejudice which is commonly confused. The video mainly explains implicit bias; The unconscious racial biases fed to society through media, which we are all impacted by, regardless of race. It is very important to identify these racist and prejudice biases and unlearn them, in order to grow as a society. Thank you!
